Rouge des Demoiselles

I was born from a composition of cinsault, grenache and syrah.
A child of the sun, I distinguish myself by my general character of accents of spice and red fruits and by a deep colour set off by violet glints.
I am the very expression of the terroir which gave birth to me.

Grape Varieties: Cinsault 50 %, Syrah 25 %, Grenache 25 %.
Soil : Clayey Limestone.
Fermentation : Method Carbonic maceration.
Best Drunk within : 2 years.

Organoleptic characteristics
Intense colour with viloet reflections. Distinctive aroma based on red fruits. A pleasurable wine, fresh and subtle, a persistent fruity finish.
Serving temperature : 14°C
Gastronomic alliances : Classical associations (red meat, cold meats) but equally appreciated as an aperitif.
