Rosé des Demoiselles

Singularly, I was born from a composition of grenach, cinsault and syrah, fresh, crispy and with an abundance of fruit.
Of a pale rose colour, I am a well rounded wine with aromas of a mineral nature. Well balanced and with a very agreeable finish, I am much appreciated all the year round.

Grape Varieties : Cinsault 30 %, Black Grenache 40 %, Syrah 30 %.
Soil : Clayey Limestone.
Fermentation : Method Skin Maceration.
Best Drunk within : 2 years.

Organoleptic characteristics
A pale rose colourAromas of fresh red fruits with a mineral edge. A well balanced taste, a lively freshness yet with a well rounded finish.
Serving temperature : 10 / 12°C
Gastronomic alliances : As an aperitif, white meat and mixed salads.
