Of an atypical character, born from a subtle composition of Macabeu, Marsanne, white Grenache and Bourboulenc, I will surprise you by my floral perfumes and voluptuous aromas of white fleshed fruits. Rounded and well balanced, being of a pale colour with a green sheen, I am an invitation to pleasure.

Grape Varieties: White Grenache 50 %, Maccabeu 25 %, Marsanne 15 %, Bourboulenc 10 %.
Soil : Clayey Limestone.
Fermentation : Method Skin Maceration.
Best Drunk within : 2 years.

Organoleptic characteristics
A pale colour with green Nuances. Evokes white fruits with a floral hint. Well balanced taste for a pleasurable wine pronounced by it’s fruitiness, with a persistent elegant finish.
Serving temperature : 10 / 12°C
Gastronomic alliances : As an aperitif, with grilled fish, salads.
